Returns, Exchanges & Order Support
If you need to make amendments, please contact us quickly with your order details.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible but we’ll always try to support you where we can.

If your parcel hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll update it for you right away.
If the item is unused and in its original condition, do reach out to us within a few days of receiving it. We’ll guide you through the exchange process.
Kindly note that return shipping fees may apply.
Once your order is confirmed, we begin preparing it right away to minimise delays and reduce unnecessary waste. As such, confirmed orders cannot be cancelled.
