That said, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s how we can help:
Order Cancellation
Once your order has been confirmed, we begin preparing it right away to minimise delays and reduce waste. As such, confirmed orders cannot be canceled.
If you’d like to request an exchange for an item of equal or higher value, please contact us at hello@akindernest.com before your order is processed—we’ll do our best to assist.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you’ve received an item that is defective or not what you ordered, please let us know within 7 days of delivery at hello@akindernest.com.
We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund via your original payment method, and we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process for your eco-conscious home goods, we ask that returned items:
- Are in their original condition and packaging
- Are securely packed, especially if fragile, to avoid damage in transit
